The diamonds in our jewelry are hand cut and polished by self-employed women in Gujarat, India. They work alongside their children and friends in their homes to lift their families out of poverty and give themselves a better life.
Each piece of our jewelry is then handcrafted by talented female artisans in Mumbai, India. They work together in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility where they receive fair wages, retirement and medical benefits, and 6-months maternity leave.
